Information you choose to give us: name, email, optional phone, business name, revenue range, your message, and the answers you enter in the Readiness Check. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or full dates of birth, and we do not pull credit.

Why we use it

To respond to you, prepare your readiness results, schedule calls, and deliver services you request.

How submissions are sent and stored

Submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and stored in our password-protected business email and file systems. Your Readiness Check score is calculated in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lenders or other third parties without your written permission. Service providers that host our website and email, and AI tools we use to organize and draft work, may process it on our behalf under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Client files are kept as long as legal, tax, or SBA record rules require, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including multi-factor authentication on email and limited access to client files. Please never send Social Security or account numbers through the website or by email.

Data breach notification

If a breach affects your private information, we will notify you and any required authorities as New York law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Calls and texts

We call or text only if you gave us your number and, for texts, checked the optional consent box. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
